At HarvestWithPurpose.com, we sell digital products including ebooks, guides, reports, and downloadable resources.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same product.

• Technical issues preventing delivery of the purchased product.

• Incorrect product delivered.

• Proven billing errors.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

• The product has been downloaded successfully.

• The customer changes their mind after purchase.

• The customer did not read the product description before purchasing.

• The customer lacks the software required to open the downloaded file.

REQUESTING A REFUND

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase and should include:

• Full Name

• Email Address used during purchase

• Order Reference Number

• Description of the issue

REVIEW PROCESS

Each refund request will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
